摘 要:探究了减水剂(SP)、消泡剂(ALU)、早强剂(Z)对乳化沥青基冷灌缝材料性能的影响规律,确定出优化的乳化沥青基冷灌缝材料的外加剂组成。结果表明:随减水剂掺量的增加,灌缝材料的初始流动度减小,可工作时间延长,但其分离度增大,减水剂的最佳掺量为水泥质量的1.5%。随消泡剂掺量增加,灌缝材料的密度增大,但其掺量超过1.2%后,密度增加不明显,消泡剂的最佳掺量为水泥质量0.6%~1.2%。随早强剂掺量的增加,对灌缝材料的流动度、凝结时间、早期强度(1、3 d)影响较大,综合考虑,早强剂的最佳掺量为4.0%~5.0%。In this paper,the influence law of water reducing agent(SP),defoamer(ALU)and early strength agent(Z)on emulsified asphalt base cold filling joint material was explored,and the influence factors of optimized additives on emulsified asphalt base cold filling joint material were determined.The research results showed that:with the increase of the amount of water reducing agent,the initial fluidity of the filling material decreases,the working time is extended,but the separation degree increases,and the optimal amount of water reducing agent is 1.5%.With the increase of the amount of defoamer,the density of the filling material increases,but the density increase is not obvious when the amount exceeds 1.2%of the ash content of the dry material.After its dosage exceeds 1.2%,the density increase is not significant,the optimal dosage of defoamer is 0.6%to 1.2%of cement mass.With the increase of the dosage of early strength agent,the flowability,setting time,and early strength(1-3 days)of cold poured joint materials are greatly affected.Taking into account all factors,the optimal dosage of early strength agent is 4.0%to 5.0%.
