摘　　要：本文通过对北京市海淀区妇幼保健院旧址改造项目的深入分析,探讨了在老城区建设妇幼保健机构时所面临的规划、医疗工艺及社会问题。针对妇幼保健机构的服务特点和需求,提出了选址原则、建筑设计优化方案以及场地与城市界面关系处理方法,为今后类似的老城区妇幼保健机构新建提供了宝贵的经验借鉴。This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the renovation project of the former site of Haidian District Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Beijing,discussing the planning,medical process,and social issues faced in the construction of maternal and child health institutions in old urban areas.In response to the service characteristics and needs of maternal and child health institutions,the paper proposes principles for site selection,optimization schemes for building design,and methods for handling the relationship between the site and the urban interface,providing valuable experience for the future construction of similar maternal and child health institutions in old urban areas.
