摘　　要：路桥工程施工设计的主要构成就是施工概预算和施工组织。两者既存在一定的内在联系,也具有相对的独立性。正确处理施工概预算与施工组织间的关系对促进路桥施工建设事业的发展意义重大。本文首先分析了概预算的作用,进而重点论述了路桥工程建设中施工组织设计与概预算的关系,以及如何更好地协同二者之间的关系。施工组织设计在工程概预算中是最基本的工作,工程概预算对施工组织设计有着显著的指导作用,二者缺一不可,只有协同得当,才能更好地保证项目施工的顺利进行。The primary components of road and bridge engineering construction design are the construction budget and the construction organization.These two elements have an inherent connection while also maintaining a degree of independence.Properly managing the relationship between construction budgets and construction organization is of great significance for the development of road and bridge construction endeavors.This paper first analyzes the role of budgeting and then focuses on the relationship between construction organization design and budgeting in road and bridge engineering,as well as how to better synergize these two aspects.Construction organization design is the most fundamental work in project budgeting,and the budget significantly guides the construction organization design.Both are indispensable,and only through proper coordination can the smooth progress of project construction be ensured.
