新时期建筑结构转换层施工技术探究

摘　　要：随着新建筑评价标准的实施促进了建筑类型创新,在当前建筑高质量设计与高水准施工过程中,施工单位为保障工程建设质量,应持续加强对建筑结构转换层施工技术的探究。本文以此为出发点论述了新时期建筑转换分类与施工特点,并结合某高层建筑项目,分别对项目概况及新时期施工技术进行了介绍。另外,对深基坑支护施工技术、大体积混凝土施工技术、ALC与陶粒板墙面施工技术方面的应用情况进行了具体探讨。With the implementation of new building evaluation standards,there has been a promotion of innovation in building types.In the current process of high-quality design and high-standard construction,construction companies should continuously strengthen the exploration of construction techniques for structural transition floors to ensure the quality of engineering construction.Starting from this point,this paper discusses the classification and construction characteristics of building transitions in the new era,and introduces the project overview and construction techniques of a high-rise building project.Additionally,it specifically discusses the application of deep foundation pit support construction technology,large volume concrete construction technology,and the construction technology of ALC and perlite board wall faces.
