浅谈装配式框架墩施工技术应用

摘  要:随着铁路建设高速发展,上跨既有线的情况不断增加,研究不同上跨既有线施工技术有着重要意义。本文简要阐述了三种常见的上跨既有线施工技术的特点及适用条件,以集大原高速铁路工程为依托,结合施工现场条件、建设成本和工期要求,运用了一种新型装配式框架墩上跨既有线的施工技术,针对墩柱与基础、墩柱与钢横梁的连接构造做法进行了详细论述与分析。分析结果表明,当两条线路夹角较小且采用小跨度跨越既有线时,装配式框架墩在施工工期、施工安全、施工成本方面具有较大优势,完全符合铁路营业线施工的要求,在今后铁路桥梁建设中具有重要的推广意义。With the rapid development of railway construction,the situations of crossing existing lines are increasing.The study of various construction technologies for crossing existing lines is of great significance.This paper briefly describes the characteristics and applicable conditions of three common construction technologies for crossing existing lines.Relying on the Jidaoyuan High-Speed Railway project and combining on-site construction conditions,construction costs,and schedule requirements,a new type of prefabricated frame pier construction technology for crossing existing lines has been applied.Detailed discussions and analyses on the connection details between the pier columns and the foundation,as well as between the pier columns and the steel crossbeams,are provided.The analysis results show that when the angle between the two lines is small and a small span is used to cross the existing line,the prefabricated frame pier has significant advantages in construction period,safety,and cost,fully meeting the requirements of railway business line construction and holding important promotional significance in future railway bridge construction.
