高层建筑PHC预应力管桩施工技术分析

摘  要:PHC预应力管桩施工技术当前在高层建筑中被使用,因该技术具有较好的承载力,可以满足高层建筑施工需求。本文对PHC预应力管桩施工技术在实际工程施工过程中存在的问题进行分析,并提出几点要求。需要做好施工前准备工作、对管桩质量进行检测、落实探孔工作等,并结合实际工程实验,结合施工要点、证明要点可以为实际施工提供帮助,便于施工人员对出现问题进行快速分析,从而提高施工效率,缩短高层建筑项目施工时间。PHC(Prestressed High-Strength Concrete)pipe pile construction technology is currently used in high-rise buildings due to its good load-bearing capacity,which can meet the construction requirements of high-rise buildings.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the actual engineering construction process of PHC prestressed pipe piles and proposes several requirements.It is necessary to prepare well before construction,inspect the quality of pipe piles,and implement exploration hole work,etc.Combined with practical engineering experiments,this paper discusses the construction points and proof points that can help actual construction,facilitate construction personnel to quickly analyze problems,thereby improving construction efficiency and shortening the construction time of high-rise building projects.
