摘  要:为了提高作业效率和安全性,保障作业人员生命安全,提出基于超声波和北斗定位技术的作业范围自动化监测预警技术。利用北斗实时动态测量技术,实时接收卫星信息,利用载波相位测量定位方法对北斗定位实施解算,根据测得的星地距离、卫星以及时间等信息,计算人机具体位置;利用超声波的反射特性,通过发送和接收超声波信号获取障碍物的位置和距离,实现防撞检测;采用LCD1602模板显示人机越界和防撞检测结果,利用蜂鸣报警器与发光二极管同时发出声与光的双重预警信息。实验证明,当信噪比为120 dB时,人与车、车与车之间距离测量的中误差已趋于0。通过该技术可以精准监测人机位置与防撞情况。In order to improve operation efficiency and safety and ensure the life safety of operators,an automatic monitoring and early warning technology based on ultrasonic and Beidou positioning technology is proposed.The Beidou real-time dynamic measurement technology is used to receive satellite information in real-time,and the carrier phase measurement and positioning method is used to solve the Beidou positioning,and the specific position of the man-machine is calculated according to the measured satellite-earth distance,satellite and time information.The position and distance of obstacles can be obtained by sending and receiving ultrasonic signals using ultrasonic reflection characteristic to realize collision avoidance detection.The LCD1602 template is used to display the result of man-machine crossing and anti-collision detection,and the buzzer alarm and light-emitting diode are used to send out the dual warning information of sound and light.Experimental results show that when the SNR is 120 dB,the median error of distance measurement between people and vehicles and between vehicles tends to 0.Through this technology can accurately monitor the position of man-machine and collision prevention.
