摘  要:故障情况下,相电压数值水平过高会导致配电负荷错误转供,从而使高压配电网表现出不平衡的运行状态。为解决上述问题,提出面向高压配电网负荷转供的故障相电压柔性调控方法。在上层优化和下层优化的基础上,确定故障情况下的高压配电网负荷转供优化结果。以此为基础,联合高压配电网故障拓扑参数与柔性调节系数,定义具体的故障相电压调度表达式,实现面向高压配电网负荷转供的故障相电压柔性调控。实验结果表明,上述调控方法的应用可将故障情况下的相电压控制在6.15 kV的标准数值下,高压配电网呈现出相对稳定的运行状态,能够较好地解决由相电压数值水平过高造成的配电负荷错误转供的问题,符合实际应用需求。The high level of phase voltage during fault conditions can lead to incorrect transfer of distribution loads,resulting in an unbalanced operating state of the high-voltage distribution network.To address the above issues,a flexible regulation method for fault phase voltage for high-voltage distribution network load transfer is proposed.On the basis of upper level optimization and lower level optimization,determine the optimization results of high-voltage distribution network load transfer under fault conditions.Based on this,a specific expression for fault phase voltage scheduling is defined by combining the fault topology parameters and flexible regulation coefficient of the high-voltage distribution network,to achieve flexible regulation of fault phase voltage for load transfer in the high-voltage distribution network.The experimental results show that the application of the above regulation methods can control the phase voltage under fault conditions to a standard value of 6.15 kV,and the high-voltage distribution network presents a relatively stabilized operating state.It can effectively solve the problem of incorrect distribution load transfer caused by high phase voltage levels,which is in line with practical application needs.
