基于中西医临床病证特点的白内障动物模型分析

摘　　要：近年来,白内障(cataract)发病率逐年攀升,严重危害人类的视力健康。为了进一步了解白内障的发病机制,获得有效防治方法,本文基于白内障中西医病因病机、临床诊断标准及动物模型评价指标,整理出可供参考的动物模型。结果发现白内障动物模型多是以西医为主的单病因模型,造模结果与临床诊断标准的吻合度普遍偏中。最常使用的链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导模型和半乳糖诱导模型,与白内障中医肾虚证候吻合度高,被广泛用于中西药筛选、药物评价和机制研究。其次复合因素模型成模时间短,成功率高,经常用于病因学和疾病的基础研究。但目前没有中医指导的白内障证候模型,病证结合模型少,模型评价指标与中西医临床诊断指标差别大。本文分析了白内障动物模型特点及不足,提出改进意见,为制备出具有可行性、科学性的白内障中西病证结合模型提供参考。In recent years,the incidence of cataracts has been increasing year by year,which seriously endangers the visual health of human beings.To further understand the pathogenesis of cataracts and obtain effective prevention and treatment methods,this paper compiled animal models for reference based on western and Chinese medical etiology and pathogenesis of cataract,clinical diagnostic criteria,and animal model evaluation indexes.It was found that most of the animal models of cataracts were western medicine-oriented single etiology models,and the agreement between the modeling Results and clinical diagnostic criteria was generally moderate.The most commonly used streptozotocin(STZ)-induced models and galactose-induced models had a good match with the syndrome of Shenxu(Kidney deficiency)of cataracts in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and were widely used for Chinese and western drug screening,drug evaluation,and mechanism research.In addition,the composite factor models had a short modeling time and high success rate,which were often used in basic research of etiology and disease mechanisms.However,there were no TCM-guided models of cataracts,models combining disease and evidence were few,and there were large differences between model evaluation indexes and clinical diagnosis indexes of Chinese and western medicine.This paper analyzed the characteristics and shortcomings of animal models of cataracts and proposed improvements to provide references for the preparation of a feasible and scientific model of cataracts combining Chinese and western disease and evidence.
