摘  要:“探微索隐”在现代医学中是指通过微观指标探索隐潜的证候功能态。脾肾阳虚证是一种存在多系统疾病中的临床常见证候,构建动物模型是研究脾肾阳虚证的重要手段。目前该证模型制备方法分为病理造模和病因造模两类,主要包括激素联合中药泻下法、类甲减造模法、手术去势造模法及中药泻下联合辅助刺激造模法。其中中药泻下联合辅助刺激造模法最具发展前景,中药泻下多选用冰番泻叶或大黄水煎液灌胃,辅助刺激以直肠扩张法或母婴分离法造模最优。笔者系统地整理脾肾阳虚证生化指标、影像学表现、基因组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学等相关文献,发现近期对该证候的研究仍以病证结合研究为主,单纯对证候的研究有待于进一步开展,为今后脾肾阳虚证的研究方向提供了参考。Exploring syndromes based on microscopic indicators is a common research method in modern medicine.Pishenyangxu(脾肾阳虚)is a common clinical syndrome in multi-system diseases,and establishing the animal models is an important means to study this syndrome.Pathological modeling and etiological modeling are to major methods for the research on Pishenyangxu syndrome.The specific modeling methods include purgation with hormones and Chinese medicines,hypothyroidism,surgical castration,and purgation with Chinese medicines combined with auxiliary stimulation.The last method has the most promising prospect.Specifically,Fanxieye(番泻叶)or Dahuang(大黄)decoction is used for gavage,and rectal dilatation or mother-infant separation is the optimal method for auxiliary stimulation.This paper systematically reviews the articles involving the biochemical indicators,imaging manifestations,genomics,proteomics,and metabonomics of Pishenyangxu syndrome.The recent studies about this syndrome mainly focus on the combination of disease and syndrome,and the simple research on syndrome remains to be carried out.This review provides a reference for the future research direction on Pishenyangxu syndrome.
