摘　　要：痛风和高尿酸血症的发病率逐年上升,已成为一种不可忽视的代谢性疾病。而藏医药在痛风治疗中有千百年的经验,其中也涌现出许多广泛使用、疗效确切、副作用低的藏成药、单味藏药和藏医药特色疗法,本文通过文献检索,整理出当前藏医药治疗痛风和高尿酸血症的临床应用、药理与临床研究,分析并总结其用药特点与药理机制,为抗痛风藏医药的高质量发展提供新思路、新策略。Gout and hyperuricemia with annually rising incidence have become metabolic disorders.Tibetan medicine has a long history of treating gout,offering numerous effective therapies,including Tibetan patent medicines,Tibetan medicines,and characteristic Tibetan medical therapies with definite efficacy and mild side effects.This paper gathered the information about the current clinical applications and the pharmacological and clinical trials on Tibetan medicine for treating gout and hyperuricemia by literature retrieval.It summarized the clinical application characteristics and pharmacological mechanisms of Tibetan medicine,providing new ideas and strategies for the high-quality development of Tibetan medicine for gout.
