摘 要:为研究不同形态石墨对铜/石墨复合材料摩擦过程中固体自润滑膜形成的影响,文章以雾化纯铜粉作为基体材料,片状石墨粉和球状石墨粉分别作为固体润滑相,利用常规粉末冶金法制备样品;并研究了石墨形态对铜/石墨复合材料的力学、自润滑膜覆盖率以及摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明:加入片状石墨的复合材料比加入球状石墨的复合材料的摩擦系数低,但磨损量高;加入片状石墨,可使自润滑膜覆盖率增大,但因复合材料的硬度较差,耐磨性变低;加入球状石墨,虽然自润滑膜覆盖率略少,但复合材料的硬度较高,耐磨性更好。In order to study the effect of different shapes of graphite on the formation of solid self-lubricating film in the friction process of copper/graphite composites,the samples were prepared by conventional powder metallurgy method with atomized pure copper powder as matrix material,flake graphite powder or spherical graphite powder as solid lubricating phase.The effect of graphite shapes on the mechanical properties,self-lubricating film coverage and tribological properties of copper/graphite composites was studied.The results show that the friction coefficient of the composite with flake graphite is lower than that of the composite with spherical graphite,but its wear is higher.The addition of flake graphite can increase the coverage of self-lubricating film,but the wear resistance of the composite is poor due to the poor hardness of the composite.With the addition of spherical graphite,although the coverage of self-lubricating film is slightly less,the hardness of the composite is higher and the wear resistance is better.
