摘  要:采用水热法成功合成了Cu掺杂介孔SiO_(2)(x Cu-SBA-15)催化剂,并探究了Cu掺杂量对Cu-SBA-15催化剂上甲烷选择氧化性能的影响。研究结果表明:Cu原子掺杂到SBA-15的骨架中形成了高度分散的CuO_(x)物种,适量的Cu掺杂可以有效提升甲醛的选择性;700℃时,0.1Cu-SBA-15催化剂上获得最高的甲醛选择性,为27%;稳定性测试结果和原位X射线衍射表征结果表明,Cu-SBA-15催化剂具有优异的反应稳定性和抗积碳稳定性。A series of Cu-doped mesoporous SiO_(2)(x Cu-SBA-15)catalysts were successfully synthesized via hydrothermal method.The effect of Cu doping on the selective oxidation performance of methane over x Cu-SBA-15 catalysts was investigated.The results showed that the successful incorporation of Cu atoms into the framework of SBA-15 formed highly dispersed CuO_(x) species.Moreover,appropriate Cu doping can effectively improve the selectivity towards formaldehyde.At 700℃,the highest selectivity towards formaldehyde(27%)was obtained over 0.1Cu-SBA-15 catalyst.The stability test and in-situ X-ray diffraction characterization demonstrated the exceptional reaction stability and resistance to carbon deposition of the Cu-SBA-15 catalyst.
