摘 要:长久以来,柴油机排放的氮氧化物(NO_(x))给人体健康和环境带来的危害已引起人们的极大关注。尾气后处理技术中的NH_(3)-SCR技术是有效净化柴油机尾气中NO_(x)的有效技术手段之一,该技术可实现对柴油机排放的NO_(x)的直接治理。综述了目前有关NH_(3)-SCR技术的反应机理,从贵金属催化剂、金属氧化物催化剂和分子筛催化剂的角度,详细论述了不同类型催化剂在催化消除NO_(x)方面的研究进展,并对目前NH_(3)-SCR催化剂在研究过程中出现的问题进行了阐述,提出了NH_(3)-SCR技术未来发展的相关建议。The harm of nitrogen oxides(NO_(x))emitted by diesel engines to human health and the environment has aroused great concern for a long time.The NH_(3)-SCR exhaust gas post-treatment technology is one of the effective technical means to effectively purify NO_(x)from diesel engine exhaust,which can realize the direct treatment of NO_(x)emitted by diesel engine.In this paper,the current reaction mechanism of NH_(3)-SCR technology was reviewed.The research progress of different types of precious metal catalyst,metal oxide catalyst and molecular sieve catalyst in catalytic removal of NO_(x)were discussed in detail,and the problems in the current research process of NH_(3)-SCR catalyst were described.Some suggestions for the future development of NH_(3)-SCR technology were put forward.
