摘  要:植物开花是一个关键的发育转变,标志着植物生命周期的延续。开花时间早晚决定着植物生育期长短和环境适应性。只有在合适的时期完成开花才能保证植物个体的正常发育和后代繁衍。目前,对于园艺植物开花过程中的基因调控研究取得了突破性的进展,对表观遗传的研究也越来越深入,但是将二者联系起来调控花期的研究仍然处于初步探索阶段。综述了常见的表观遗传(DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、非编码RNA、染色质重塑)在不同开花诱导途径中调控花期的研究进展,讨论了表观遗传调控在研究园艺植物开花中的作用,并对未来的研究趋势进行了展望,以期更好地控制园艺作物的开花过程,调节植株适时开花提高其质量和产量,增强对环境变化的适应性。Plant flowering is a crucial developmental transition that marks the continuation of the plant life cycle.The flowering time determines the length of plant growth and environmental adaptability.Only the completion of flowering at the appropriate time can ensure the normal development of plant individuals and the reproduction of offspring.At present,breakthroughs have been made in gene regulation during the flowering process of horticultural plants,and research on epigenetics is becoming more and more in-depth.However,research on linking the two to regulate flowering is still in the preliminary exploration stage.This paper reviewed the research progress of epigenetic regulation of flowering in different flowering induction pathways(DNA methylation,histone modification,non coding RNA,chromatin remodeling),discussed the role of epigenetic regulation in the study of flowering in horticultural plants,and looked forward to the future research trends.In order to better control the flowering process of horticultural crops,regulate the timely flowering of plants to improve their quality and yield,and enhance the adaptability to environmental changes.
