外包钢板加固震损钢绞线-钢筋混凝土剪力墙抗震性能试验研究

摘　　要：基于震后建筑结构快速修复并投入使用的需求,提出了外包钢板加固震损钢绞线-钢筋混凝土剪力墙的方法。设计并制作了2个足尺的钢绞线-钢筋混凝土剪力墙,先通过拟静力试验模拟了其在罕遇地震作用下的预损伤,在此预震损的基础上,采用外包钢板对钢绞线-钢筋混凝土剪力墙进行加固,然后再次进行低周往复加载试验,研究其抗震性能和可恢复性能。试验结果表明:修复加固后试件的水平荷载仍能随其侧向变形的增大而持续增加,表现出较好的正刚性,在大震作用下采用外包钢板修复加固后剪力墙的承载能力和变形能力分别提高约3%和15%,轴压比较高时外包钢板加固效果更好;在位移角达到2%前,修复加固后的试件与原试件的残余变形曲线基本重合,且残余变形小于0.5%,具有良好的自复位能力。Based on the requirements of rapid repairing and putting into use of building structures after earthquakes,a method of seismic-damaged concrete shear wall reinforced by steel strand and strengthened with encased steel plate was proposed.Two full-scale concrete shear walls reinforced by steel strand were designed and manufactured.Pre-damage under rare earthquake was simulated by quasi-static test.Based on the pre-seismic damage,the seismic-damaged concrete shear walls reinforced by steel strand were strengthened with encased steel plate,and the tests under lateral low-cycle loading were carried out again.The test results show that the horizontal load of the specimen after repair and reinforcement can still increase with the increase of its lateral deformation,showing good drift-hardening.The bearing capacity and deformation capacity of the specimens strengthened with encased steel plate improved by 3% and 15% respectively under large earthquakes,and the strengthening effect is better under high axial compression ratio.The residual drift curves of the repaired specimen and the original specimen are basically coincident before the displacement angle of 2%,and the residual drift is less than 0.5%,so it has good self-resetting ability.
