摘 要:北京市丰台区城乡一体化小瓦窑村改造项目为高烈度区的大高宽比高装配率居住建筑,竖向预制构件应用比例不低于35%,主体结构采用预制内外剪力墙作为承重抗侧力构件。项目主体结构高宽比为4.0~7.9,远超国家规范限值,创新性地运用抗震性能设计方法,总结高烈度区大高宽比剪力墙结构的抗震性能措施。重点分析与控制预制构件在多遇地震下不出现小偏心受拉,竖向钢筋平均拉应力水平不大于50%的屈服应力,并适当加强边缘构件配箍特征值。在设防地震下构件的拉应力水平不超过2倍混凝土抗拉强度标准值,并对出现小偏心受拉的联肢墙进行加强。在罕遇地震下复核结构的弹塑性层间位移角和损伤情况,验证抗震性能措施的安全性和合理性,保证小震不坏、中震可修及大震不倒的设防目标。The reconstruction project of Xiaowayao Village in Fengtai District of Beijing is a residential building with large height-width ratio and high assembly rate in high intensity area.The application proportion of vertical prefabricated components is not less than 35%.The main structure adopts prefabricated internal and external shear walls as load-bearing and lateral force-resisting components.The height-width ratio of the project main structure is 4.0 ~ 7.9,far exceeding the national standard limit.The seismic performance design method was innovatively used,the seismic performance measures of the shear wall structure with large height-width ratio in high intensity area were summarized.It focuses on the analysis and control of prefabricated components without small eccentric tension under frequent earthquakes.The average tensile stress level of vertical steel bars is not greater than 50% of the yield stress,and the stirrup characteristic value of the edge members was appropriately strengthened.Under the fortification earthquake,the tensile stress level of the component does not exceed 2 times the standard value of the tensile strength of the concrete,and the coupled wall with small eccentric tension was strengthened.The elastic-plastic inter-story displacement angle and damage of the structure under rare earthquakes were reviewed to verify the safety and rationality of the seismic performance measures,and the fortification targets of no damage under small earthquakes,repairable under medium earthquakes and no collapse under large earthquakes were ensured.
