摘　　要：深静脉血栓(DVT)好发于术后,易导致患者残疾和死亡。近年来,肾结石的发病率升高,越来越多的患者不得不接受手术治疗,但术后并发症又会带来新的困扰,术后DVT的预防逐渐成为一种亟待解决的问题,有利于患者获得更好的术后恢复效果。目前,国内外通过对护理内容的优化,采用基本预防、物理预防和药物预防等方式预防术后DVT的发生,在肾结石手术患者术后DVT预防方面效果显著,有效降低了DVT的发生率,取得了一定的成果。本文综述了近些年肾结石手术患者术后DVT预防措施的研究进展,以期为临床术后DVT的预防提供一定的参考价值。Deep vein thrombosis(DVT)tends to occur after surgery and is likely to cause disability and death.In recent years,the incidence of kidney stones has increased,and more and more patients have to face surgical treatment,but postoperative complications will bring new troubles,and the prevention of postoperative DVT has gradually become an urgent problem to be solved in order to obtain better postoperative recovery results.At present,by optimising the content of nursing care and preventing the occurrence of postoperative DVT by using basic prophylaxis,physical prophylaxis and pharmacological prophylaxis,domestic and foreign countries have achieved remarkable results in the prevention of postoperative DVT in patients undergoing renal stone surgery,which effectively reduces the incidence of DVT and achieves certain results.The article reviews the research progress on postoperative DVT prevention in patients undergoing kidney stone surgery in recent years,in order to provide some reference value for the prevention and selection of clinical DVT plans.
