摘　　要：目的探讨经鼻内镜低温等离子消融术对鼻腔血管瘤的疗效与安全性。方法收集2020年1月至2023年12月于南京医科大学附属泰州人民医院接受治疗的126例鼻腔血管瘤患者的临床资料,根据手术方式的不同将患者分为观察组(n=65,接受经鼻内镜低温等离子消融术)和对照组(n=61,接受常规经鼻内镜下鼻腔血管瘤切除术)。比较两组患者的专科信息、手术指标、临床疗效和安全性。结果观察组患者的手术时间短于对照组患者,术中出血量少于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。出院时,观察组患者的总有效率为96.9%(63/65),与对照组患者的86.9%(53/61)比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),但两组患者的临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。术后住院期间,两组患者手术相关并发症的发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论经鼻内镜低温等离子消融术治疗鼻腔血管瘤的临床疗效较好,可以缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,并且不会增加手术相关并发症,安全性较高,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of transnasal endoscopic low-temperature plasma ablation for nasal hemangioma.Method The clinical data of patients with nasal hemangioma who received treatment at Taizhou People's Hospital affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from January 2020 to December 2023 were collected.The patients were divided into observation group(n=65,underwent transnasal endoscopic low-temperature plasma ablation)and control group(n=61,underwent conventional transnasal endoscopic nasal hemangioma resection)based on different surgical methods.The specialized information,surgical indicators,clinical efficacy,and safety of two groups of patients were compared.Result The surgical time of the observation group patients was shorter than that of the control group patients,and the intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At discharge,the total effective rate of the observation group patients was 96.9%(63/65),which was not significantly different from the 86.9%(53/61)of the control group patients(P>0.05).However,there was significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups of patients(P<0.05).During the postoperative hospitalization period,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of surgical related complications between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion Transnasal endoscopic low-temperature plasma ablation has good efficacy for nasal hemangioma,which can shorten the surgical time,reduce intraoperative bleeding,and does not increase surgical related complications.It has high safety and is worthy of clinical promotion.
