摘　　要：目的探讨小剂量肝素对儿童导管相关血栓(CRT)的预防价值。方法收集2019年1月至2024年8月于广州医科大学附属妇女儿童医疗中心住院的120例重症患儿的临床资料,按照住院期间是否使用小剂量肝素预防CRT将其分为观察组(n=57)和对照组(n=63),比较两组患儿住院期间CRT发生情况、并发症发生情况。结果住院期间对照组患儿CRT发生率为9.5%(6/63),观察组患儿未发生CRT,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患儿住院期间未发生出血、血小板减少,凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血酶时间均未明显延长。结论小剂量肝素可以有效预防儿童CRT的发生,且不增加出血风险,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the preventive value of low dose heparin in children with catheter-associated thrombosis(CRT).Method Clinical data of 120 severely ill children hospitalized in Women and Children's Medical Center,Guangzhou Medical University from January 2019 to August 2024 were collected.They were divided into observation group(n=57)and control group(n=63)according to whether low-dose heparin was used to prevent CRT during hospitalization.The incidence of CRT and complications during hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Result During hospitalization,the incidence of CRT in the control group was 9.5%(6/63),while no CRT occurred in the observation group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).No bleeding or thrombocytopenia occurred in the observation group during hospitalization,and the prothrombin time and activated partial thrombin time were not significantly prolonged.Conclusion Small dose heparin can effectively prevent the occurrence of CRT in children,and does not increase the risk of bleeding,which is worthy of clinical application.
