摘  要:目的探讨消毒供应中心与手术室器械回收交接流程的优化及实践效果。方法以同济大学附属上海市肺科医院2023年5—6月收取的消毒器械作为分析对象。2023年5月收取胸腔镜手术所用的2238件胸腔镜器械为优化前组,实施优化前交接流程;2023年6月收取胸腔镜手术所用的2252件胸腔镜器械为优化后组,实施优化后交接流程。比较优化前组与优化后组器械交接工作质量和工作效率。结果优化前组器械数目不全22件、器械损坏11件、信息追溯系统执行缺失186件,优化后组器械数目不全0件、器械损坏2件、信息追溯系统执行缺失6件,优化后组器械交接工作质量优于优化前组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组器械交接时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。优化后组器械有效追回时间为(3.33±1.84)min,短于优化前组的(16.20±2.43)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应中心与手术室手术器械交接流程优化后有助于提高器械交接工作质量和工作效率,缩短了胸腔镜器械周转时间。Objective To explore the optimization and management effect of instruments recycling and handover process between disinfection supply center and operating room.Methods The disinfection instruments collected from Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University from May to June 2023 were taken as the analysis object.In May 2023,2238 thoracoscopic devices used in thoracoscopic surgery were collected as the pre-optimization group,and the pre-optimization handover process was implemented.In June 2023,2252 thoracoscopic devices used in thoracoscopic surgery were collected as the post-optimization group,and the optimized handover process was implemented.The quality and efficiency of instrument handover were compared between the pre-optimization group and the post-optimization group.Results In the pre-optimization group,the number of instruments was incomplete 22,the number of instruments was damaged 11,and the number of information traceability system was missing 186.In the post-optimization group,the number of instruments was incomplete 0,the number of instruments was damaged 2,and the number of information traceability system was missing 6,the quality of instrument handover in the post-optimization group was better than that in the pre-optimization group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in instrument handover time between the two groups(P>0.05).The effective recovery time of instruments in the post-optimization group was(3.33±1.84)min,which was shorter than(16.20±2.43)min in the pre-optimized group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The optimization of the transfer process between the disinfection supply center and the operating room is helpful to improve the quality and efficiency of the transfer work,and shorten the turnover time of thoracoscopic instruments.
