摘　　要：目的总结加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)理念下发育性髋关节发育不良(developmental dysplasia of the hip,DDH)患儿围手术期护理的最佳证据,为临床实践提供参考。方法本研究系统检索ERAS理念下DDH患儿围手术期护理相关的临床决策、临床实践指南、专家共识、系统评价和原始研究,分别对其方法学质量进行评价,随后对资料进行提取、分析和归纳并汇总成最佳证据,检索时限为建库至2023年11月15日。结果最终共纳入11篇文献,包括指南3篇、证据总结2篇、专家共识3篇、系统评价2篇、随机对照试验1篇。从术前护理、术中护理及术后护理3个方面提取了20条最佳证据。结论ERAS理念下DDH患儿围手术期护理的最佳证据可为临床实践提供依据。临床应用时,应结合患儿的具体情况,加速患儿术后的康复,促进外科护理高质量发展。Objective To summarize the best evidence for perioperative care of children with developmental dysplasia of the hip(DDH)under the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS),in order to provide references for clinical practice.Methods This article systematically retrieved clinical practice guidelines,expert consensus,systematic reviews,and primary studies related to perioperative care of children with DDH under the concept of ERAS.The methodological quality of the included literature was evaluated.The data was then extracted,analyzed,summarized as best evidence,and the search time limit was from database establishment to 15 November 2023.Results A total of 11 articles were finally included,including 3 guidelines,2 evidence summaries,3 expert consensus,2 systematic reviews,and 1 randomized controlled trial.20 pieces of best evidence were extracted from 3 aspects:preoperative care,intraoperative care and postoperative care.Conclusion The best evidence of perioperative care for children with DDH under the concept of ERAS can provide basis for clinical practice.In clinical application,the specific conditions of the children should be considered to accelerate their postoperative rehabilitation and promote the high-quality development of surgical care.
