摘 要:百合鳞茎腐烂病是百合的主要病害之一,严重影响百合品质和产量.该文采用组织分离法分离江西省万载县龙牙百合鳞茎腐烂病原菌,利用离体实验验证其致病性;运用平板对峙法从龙牙百合健康鳞茎根际土壤中分离拮抗细菌,结合形态学和分子生物学鉴定病原菌和拮抗细菌种类.共筛选出4种龙牙百合鳞茎致病的菌株:Fusarium foetens L1、Fusarium sp.L3、Penicillium ochrochloron F5、Penicillium janthinellum F7.以L1、L3、F5、F7为供试靶标菌,从48株细菌中筛选到1株防治效果最好的生防细菌,经鉴定为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis),命名为R12.该菌株对4株病原菌均有明显的抑制效果,对L1、L3、F5和F7的抑制率分别为59.62%、38.24%、12.82%、54.39%.该菌株具有分泌IAA和产生铁载体促进植物生长的特性.研究成果为龙牙百合鳞茎腐烂病的生物防治提供理论依据,为该病害的微生物防治提供微生物种质资源.Bulb rot is one of the main diseases of Lilium brownii var.viridulum,which seriously affects the quality and quality of lily.In this study,the pathogen of bulb rot of Lilium brownii var.viridulum in Wanzai County of Jiangxi Province is isolated by tissue separation method,and its pathogenicity is verified by in vitro experiment.Antagonistic bacteria are isolated from the rhizosphere soil of healthy bulbs of Lilium brownii var.viridulum by plate confrontation method,and the species of pathogenic bacteria and antagonistic bacteria are identified by morphology and molecular biology.The results show that 4 pathogenic strains isolated from the bulbs of the Lilium brownii var.viri-dulum that are Fusarium foetens L1,Fusarium sp.L3,Penicillium ochrochloron F5,Penicillium janthinellum F7.Using L1,L3,F5 and F7 as the target bacteria for test,a biocontrol bacterium with the best control effect to the four fungal pathogen is selected from 48 strains.It is identified as Bacillus velezensis and named R12.The inhibition rates of R12 to L1,L3,F5 and F7 are 59.62%,38.24%,12.82%and 54.39%,respectively.This strain has plant growth promoting properties with producing IAA and ferriferous abilities.The results of this study can provide theoretical basis for the biological control of the bulbous rot of the Lilium brownii var.viridulum,and also provide microbial germplasm resources for the microbial control of the disease.
