摘 要:目的:探讨将癌痛患者的营养状况评估与疼痛管理相结合的护理模式对改善患者整体健康状况、优化疼痛控制、提升生活质量及增强治疗依从性的实际效果。方法:回顾分析2021年1月至2023年12月在我院接受治疗的110例癌痛患者临床资料。按照住院期间采取的护理措施将患者分为观察组(n=55)和对照组(n=55)。观察组实施结合营养评估的个性化疼痛管理的护理干预,而对照组则实施常规疼痛管理的护理干预。结果:1个月的护理前后数据的回顾性分析显示,观察组多项关键指标显著优于对照组。观察组体质指数(BMI)从(15.49±1.73)kg·m^(-2)显著增加至(20.09±0.49)kg·m^(-2),营养评定量表(PG-SGA)评分从(8.57±1.24)分显著降低至(4.55±1.01)分,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分从(7.23±1.51)分显著降至(3.82±1.05)分,Piper疲乏修订量表(PFS-R)评分从护理前的(8.31±1.45)分显著降至护理后的(3.52±0.49)分(P<0.05),生活质量评分(N-QOL)从(40.55±5.21)分显著提升至(65.07±4.53)分,依从性得分从(70.04±5.06)分显著增加至(85.07±3.06)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,对照组和观察组的各项评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但干预后,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将营养状况评估融入癌痛患者的疼痛管理中,可有效提升护理效果,促进患者整体健康状态恢复,综合护理策略在癌症支持治疗中至关重要。Objective:To explore the practical effects of a nursing model that combines the assessment of nutritional status with pain management on patients with cancer pain in the improvement of patients'overall health status,optimization for pain control,life quality and enhancement of treatment compliance.Methods:The clinical data of 110 cancer pain patients who received treatment in our hospital between January 2021 and December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=55)and control group(n=55)according to the nursing measures taken during hospitalization.In the observation group,personalized pain management with nutritional assessment was implemented,while in the control group,conventional pain management was implemented.Results:After 1 month of retrospective analysis of pre-and post-care data,the observation group showed significantly better improvement than the control group in a number of key indicators.In the observation group,the body mass index(BMI)increased significantly from(15.49±1.73)kg·m^(-2) to(20.09±0.49)kg·m^(-2),the scored patient-generated subjective global assessment(PG-SGA)score decreased significantly from(8.57±1.24)points to(4.55±1.01)points,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score decreased significantly from(7.23±1.51)points to(3.82±1.05)points,the revised piper fatigue scale(PFS-R)score significantly decreased from(8.31±1.45)points before nursing to(3.52±0.49)points after nursing(P<0.05),and the quality of life score(N-QOL)increased significantly from(40.55±5.21)points to(65.07±4.53)points,and compliance score increased significantly from(70.04±5.06)points to(85.07±3.06)points,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before the nursing intervention,the scores of the control group and the observation group were similar(P>0.05),but after the intervention,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrating the assessment of nutritional status into the pain management for patients
