摘　　要：研究生作为我国高校开展创新活动的生力军,其教育质量已成为我国相关高校关注的重点和焦点之一,成为各高校“双一流”建设成效的重要考核指标之一。地方高校受办学规模、办学层次等方面的限制,其研究生培养的质量保障体系的构建成为当前相关研究的一个热点问题。该文围绕如何构建“双一流”建设背景下地方高校研究生教育质量保障体系所涉及的相关问题展开讨论,首先分析地方高校研究生培养过程中存在的问题,其次从导师队伍建设、规章制度建设、研究生生源、课程体系建设、过程监督以及创新能力培养等方面,构建“双一流”建设背景下地方高校研究生培养质量保障体系。该文的研究能为相关地方高校在研究生教育质量保障体系构建中提供相应的参考。As the new force of innovative activities in Chinese universities,the quality of graduate students'education has become one of the key points and focal points that the relevant universities pay attention to in our country,and become one of the important assessment indicators of"double first-class"construction performance.Local universities are limited by the scale and level of education,so the construction of the quality assurance system of graduate education has become a hot issue in the current research.This paper discusses related issues related to the way to build a quality assurance system for graduate education in local universities under the background of"double first-class"construction.Firstly,the thesis analyzes the problems existing in the process of graduate training in local universities.Secondly,from the aspects of tutor team construction,rules and regulations construction,graduate student source,curriculum system construction,process supervision,and innovation ability cultivation,it constructs the quality assurance system of graduate training in local universities under the background of"double first-class"construction.The research of this paper can provide reference for the construction of graduate education quality assurance system in relevant local universities.
