摘 要:过量的亚硝酸盐会对生态环境及人类健康造成严重危害。本研究在碳布(CC)上设计并合成了具有三维结构的金纳米颗粒/沸石咪唑酯框架(AuNPs/ZIF-67)纳米复合材料,用于构建亚硝酸盐电化学传感器。首先在碳布上合成了交错生长的叶状ZIF-67纳米片,然后通过电沉积方法将AuNPs沉积在ZIF-67上,获得AuNPs/ZIF-67修饰的碳布(AuNPs/ZIF-67/CC)。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、X射线衍射(XRD)和氮气吸脱附测试对其形貌、组成和比表面积等进行了表征。以AuNPs/ZIF-67/CC为工作电极,研究了亚硝酸根离子(NO_(2)^(–))的电化学行为。结果表明,AuNPs/ZIF-67将AuNPs的高催化性能与ZIF-67的形貌和结构优势相结合,显著提高了电极的比表面积和电催化活性;AuNPs/ZIF-67/CC电极对NO_(2)^(–)的氧化电位明显下降,氧化电流显著增加,显示出优异的响应性能。利用此电极采用循环伏安法(CV)检测NO_(2)^(–)的两段线性范围分别为0.005~5.0 mmol/L和5.0~24.0 mmol/L,检出限(LOD,3σ/S)为1.26μmol/L;采用计时安培法(i-t)检测NO_(2)^(–)的两段线性范围为1~800μmol/L和800~1800μmol/L,LOD(3σ/S)为0.08μmol/L。AuNPs/ZIF-67/CC具有良好的抗干扰性、重复性和稳定性,可用于实际样品中NO_(2)^(–)的检测。Excessive nitrite can cause serious harm to human health.In this work,gold nanoparticles/zeolitic imidazolate framework-67(Au NPs/ZIF-67)nanocomposite with three-dimensional structure was designed and synthesized on carbon cloth(CC),and a Au NPs/ZIF-67 modified CC electrode was then prepared for detection of nitrite.The interleaved foliated ZIF-67 nanosheets were synthesized on CC,and then coral-like Au NPs were coated on ZIF-67 modified CC by electrodeposition.The morphology,composition and surface area of Au NPs/ZIF-67/CC were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and N_(2) adsorption-desorption test.The prepared electrode combined the high catalytic performance of Au NPs with the morphology of ZIF-67,significantly increasing the surface area and electrocatalytic activity of the electrode.The oxidation potential of NO_(2)^(–)on Au NPs/ZIF-67/CC electrode decreased significantly,and the oxidation current increased significantly,showing excellent response performance.Cyclic voltammetry(CV)was used to detect NO_(2)^(–)with linear ranges of 0.005–5.0 mmol/L and 5.0–24.0 mmol/L,and limit of detection(LOD,3σ/S)of 1.26μmol/L.Chronoamperometry(i-t)was also used to detect NO_(2)^(–),with linear ranges of1–800μmol/L and 800–1800μmol/L,and LOD(3σ/S)of 0.08μmol/L.In addition,Au NPs/ZIF-67/CC prepared here showed good anti-interference,repeatability and stability,and could be used to detect NO_(2)^(–)in real samples.
