摘　　要：地方财政支持乡村振兴是一项长期而艰巨的任务。通过梳理乡村振兴战略的政策演进,可以总结出地方财政是乡村振兴战略的“输血者”、乡村振兴资源配置的“引导者”、乡村振兴资金运用的“监督者”和统筹新型城镇化和乡村全面振兴的“推动者”的多元化角色定位。新形势下更好地发挥地方财政对乡村振兴的支持作用,应从完善财政投入保障机制、乡村振兴多元投入机制、财政金融产业区域政策协同配合机制、财政资金管理和监督机制等方面积极开展实践探索,加快建成地方财政支持乡村振兴的系统性政策体系。Strengthening local financial support for rural revitalization is a long-term and arduous task.By reviewing the policy evolution of rural revitalization strategy,we can summarize the diversified role orientation of local finance as the"blood transfusion provider"of rural revitalization strategy,the"guide"of rural revital-ization resource allocation,the"supervisor"of rural revitalization fund utilization,and the"promoter"of coor-dinating new urbanization and comprehensive rural revitalization.To better leverage the supportive role of lo-cal finance in rural revitalization under the new situation,practical measures should be actively explored,such as establishing a mechanism for ensuring financial investment,a diversified investment mechanism for rural revitalization,a mechanism for coordinating and coordinating regional policies in the financial industry,and a mechanism for managing and supervising financial funds.The establishment of a systematic policy system for local finance to support rural revitalization should be accelerated.
