绿色贸易壁垒影响下山东省蔬菜出口贸易现状及发展对策研究

摘　　要：当前国际贸易中绿色贸易壁垒盛行,一些国家尤其是发达国家以生态环境保护为口号,设置了带有歧视性的贸易障碍以限制进口来保护本国市场。随着山东省蔬菜出口规模的不断扩大,绿色贸易壁垒对蔬菜出口的影响日益严重。第一,从山东省蔬菜出口规模、出口市场结构和出口产品结构3个方面阐述山东省蔬菜出口现状。第二,从目标市场设置绿色贸易壁垒着手,分析绿色贸易壁垒对山东省蔬菜出口的消极影响。第三,从内部和外部分析山东省蔬菜遭受绿色贸易壁垒的原因。最后,针对山东省蔬菜遭受绿色贸易壁垒的原因及对山东省蔬菜出口消极影响从多方面提出促进山东省蔬菜出口贸易发展对策。In the current international trade landscape,green trade barriers have become prevalent.Some countries,particularly developed ones,have established discriminatory trade barriers under the banner of ecological and environmental protection to restrict imports and safeguard their domestic markets.As the scale of Shandong′s vegetable exports continued to expand,the impact of green trade barriers on these exports grew increasingly severe.Firstly,expounded on the current situation of Shandong′s vegetable exports from three aspects,the scale of exports,the structure of export markets,and the structure of exported products.Secondly,analyzed the negative impact of green trade barriers on Shandong′s vegetable exports,starting from the target markets that had established such barriers.Thirdly,the study examined the reasons why Shandong′s vegetables faced green trade barriers,distinguishing between internal and external factors.Finally,in light of the reasons behind the challenges posed by green trade barriers to Shandong′s vegetables and the negative effects on the export of these products,the study proposed a range of strategies to enhance Shandong′s vegetable exports from various angles.These strategies aimed to promote the development of Shandong′s vegetable export trade and address the challenges brought about by green trade barriers.
