摘　　要：阳明病病机以阳、热、实为主要特点,兼有湿热互结或胃阳不足等。当前,从阳明经证、阳明腑证对阳明病进行阐述者较多。但若单纯从经证、腑证来阐释阳明病,似不能完全理解阳明病病机、欲解时、治则、用药规律等。在《黄帝内经》中,阳明定义为“两阳合明”,即太阳、少阳阳气闭合在一起。在气机开、枢、阖的运动中,阳明属阖,其本义为“关闭”,即阳明之气其性炎热,其用以阖为顺,无阖则阳气蒸腾,阴生无根。在运气学说中,阳明对应申至戌,也为其病欲解时。阳明病虽症状各异,然以气机逆乱为要,治当复其气机运动,以归阳明燥金之体用,方能保全津气,以防“神机化灭”。The pathogenesis of Yangming disease is mainly characterized by hyperactivity of Yang,and Heat as well as Excess syndrome,with Damp-Heat interconnection or Stomach Yang deficiency,etc.Currently,there are more expositions of Yangming disease from Yangming meridian syndrome and Yangming Fu syndrome.However,it seems that the mechanism of Yangming disease in relieving period,in treatment principle as well as the medication rules cannot be fully understood.In Huang Di Nei Jing,Yangming is defined as"Two Yang He Ming",that is,the Qi of Taiyang and Shaoyang close together.In the movement of Qi opening,pivoting and closing,Yangming belongs to the closing,the original meaning of which is"closing".In other words,Qi of Yangming is hot in nature the closing of it means good condition;otherwise,Yin producing will fail.In the theory of Five Yun and Six Qi,Yangming corresponds to the period from Shen to Xu Period,which is also the time when the disease is to be relieved.Although the symptoms of Yangming disease are different,but the main point is the Qi disorder.Therefore,the treatment of it is to restore its normal Qi movement,to be suitable for the character and function of Yangming Zao Jin.Eventually,the body Fluid and Qi can be well maintained to prevent the"Shen Ji from being extinguished".
