芳香透邪法治疗温病理论探析

摘　　要：芳香透邪法针对温病病性、病位、病势等不同,选用质轻、味清之品,配伍辛凉、甘润、苦燥、凉血之品,使邪气由内达外、由里及表、从深出浅,旨在使气机畅达,邪有出路。“怫郁不达”为温病潜在病机,芳香药物多辛温,能行能散,可调畅气机,透邪外出。芳香药物治疗温病应根据是否夹湿或病变阶段灵活运用:邪在卫分时,可采用芳香轻清疏透法、芳香祛湿辛透法;邪在气分时,可采用芳香宣郁透邪法、芳香化湿宣透法、芳香透解秽浊法;邪在营分时,可采用芳香透转法、芳香开窍透邪法;邪在血分时,可采用芳香凉血透斑法;温病后期,邪伏阴分不解,可采用芳香搜络透邪法。Fangxiang Touxie method means according to the nature,location and tendency of the warm disease,drugs that are light,clear in taste accompanied with pungent,cool,sweet and moist,bitter and dry drugs that can cool the blood,so that the evil factors can go from the inside toward the outside,from the inside to the surface,from the depth to the shallow lever,in order to make the Qi unimpeded and the evil factors have a way out."Qi depression"is the potential mechanism of warm disease,aromatic drugs are pungent and warm,functioning in dispersing Qi and regulating Qi activity to dispel the evil factors out.Aromatic drugs should be used flexibly in the treatment of warm diseases according to whether or not the Dampness and the stage of the disease:when the evil factors are in the Wei level,it can be treated with Fangxiang Qingqing Shutou method and Fangxiang Qushi Xintou method;when the evil factors are in the Qi level,it can be treated with Fangxiang Xuanyu Touxie method,Fangxiang Huashi Xuantou method and Fangxiang Toujie Huazhuo method;when the evil factors are in the Ying level,it can be treated with Fangxiang Touzhuan method and Fangxiang Kaiqiao Touxie method;when the evil factors are in the blood level,it can be treated with Fangxiang Liangxie Touban method;when the disease is in its later stage during which the evil factors stay in Yin level and cannot be resolved,it can be treated with Fangxiang Souluo Touxie method.
