摘　　要：平胃散是临床常用的经典方剂,具有燥湿运脾、行气和胃之功效,主治湿滞脾胃证。平胃散及其有效化学成分具有保肝、降血糖、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗炎抑菌、调节胃肠运动、调节免疫功能、调节水液和能量代谢等药理作用,临床已广泛应用于糖尿病、慢性胃炎、胃食管反流病、功能性胃肠病、小儿肠系膜淋巴炎、肿瘤化疗所致不适反应、阻塞性呼吸暂停低通气综合征等消化系统疾病。但目前平胃散复方的药理成分尚未明确,对其有效物质的系统研究有待加强;平胃散的工艺研究无统一质量控制标准及综合评价体系;临床报道样本量不足,药材基源不明晰,且缺乏多学科交叉试验及高质量随机对照试验,亟须加强设计严谨的动物实验及大样本临床观察,全面阐释平胃散的作用机理,以期为该方的临床应用提供理论支撑和科学依据。Pingwei Powder is a classic formula commonly used in clinical practice,which has the effects of relieving Dampness,strengthening Spleen transporting,moving and harmonizing Stomach Qi,and is mainly used for treating syndrome of Dampness stagnation in Spleen and Stomach.It has the pharmacological effects of hepatoprotective,hypoglycemic,antioxidant,antitumor,anti-inflammatory,and antibacterial,regulating gastrointestinal motility,regulating immune function,and regulating fluid and energy metabolism,etc.It has been widely used in the treatment of diabetes mellitus,chronic gastritis,gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD),functional gastrointestinal disorders,pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis,discomfort caused by chemotherapy of tumors and obstructive apnea and hypopnea syndromes and other digestive diseases.Digestive system diseases.However,at present,the pharmacological composition of Pingwei Powder has not been clearly defined,and the systematic research on its active substances needs to be strengthened;there is no unified quality control standard and comprehensive evaluation system for the process research of Pingwei Powder;the sample size of the clinical reports is insufficient,the base source of the herbs is unclear,and there is a lack of multidisciplinary cross-experimentation and high-quality randomized controlled trials,which urgently needs to strengthen the design of rigorous animal experiments and large-sample clinical observation to comprehensively elucidate the efficacy and mechanism of Pingwei Powder,with a view to providing a comprehensive solution for this formula and to improve the effectiveness of this formula.There is an urgent need to strengthen the design of rigorous animal experiments and large-sample clinical observation,so as to comprehensively explain the efficacy of Pingwei Powder and provide theoretical support and scientific basis for its clinical application.
