摘 要:在优选聚合物水泥涂料乳液配比的基础上,通过钙离子稳定性、筛上残余率和Zeta电位等探究了有机硅单体对聚合物水泥涂料相容性与抗渗性的影响,并结合流变测试阐明了有机硅对乳液稳定性的影响机制.结果表明:有机硅在乳液改性过程中使分子链缠绕絮凝增加,Zeta电位下降;当有机硅掺量为2%时,聚合物水泥涂料性能最佳,其防腐抗渗性能得到显著提升;与市售乳液相比,有机硅聚合物水泥涂料的吸水率、电通量分别降低了27.8%、35.1%.Based on the optimized ratio of polymer‑modified cementitious coating emulsion,the effect of organosilicon monomer on the compatibility and impermeability of polymer‑modified cementitious coating was investigated through calcium ion stability,sieve residue rate,and Zeta potential.In addition,the mechanism of organosilicon monomer’s impact on emulsion stability was elucidated in combination with rheological test.The results show that during the modification process of emulsions with organosilicon,molecular chain entanglement flocculation increased,leading to a decrease in Zeta potential.When the dosage of organosilicon is 2%,the polymer‑modified cementitious coating exhibits optimal performance,with significantly enhanced anti‑corrosion and impermeability properties.Compared to commercially available emulsions,the organosilicone polymer‑modified cementitious coating exhits 27.8%,35.1%reduction in water absorption ratio and electrical flux,respectively.
