摘 要:由于人类活动和气候环境的影响,洮河流域径流量变化趋势增加显著,使水资源保护和洪水防控决策难度加大。利用洮河流域红旗水文站1991-2020年径流量实测资料,对红旗站径流量序列进行距平处理、M-K检验和小波分析,结果表明:洮河流域径流量呈一定的周期变化规律,丰枯变化、季节性变化明显,各时段径流量发生多次突变;各时段径流量时间尺度变化特征明显,存在着两个主周期的时间尺度特征,分别为22 a和10 a;洮河径流量丰枯变换的时间尺度变小,周期次数增多,为洮河水资源保护和洪水防控决策中应加强对径流量时间尺度特征的关注提供了理论依据。Due to the influence of human activities and climate environment,the variation trend of runoff in the Taohe River Basin has increased significantly,which makes it more difficult to make decisions on water resources protection and flood prevention and control.Based on the measured runoff data of Hongqi Hydrology Station in Taohe River Basin from 1991 to 2020,anomaly processing,M-K test and wavelet analysis are carried out to analyze the runoff sequence of Hongqi River Station.The results show that the runoff in Taohe River basin has a certain periodic change law,with obvious variations in abundance and fluctuation and seasonal changes.There are two main period time scales,22a and 10a respectively.The time scale of runoff change in Tao River becomes smaller and the number of cycles increases,which provides a theoretical basis for paying more attention to the characteristics of runoff time scale in water resource protection and flood prevention and control decision-making.
