摘 要:本文综合深海原位探测的需求,提出基于新型闪烁晶体碘化锶(SrI_(2)(Eu))及新型半导体探测器碲锌镉(CZT)作为探测单元的复合式谱仪总体设计方案,采用模块化设计方法,对两种不同的探测单元设计了不同的信号放大与处理方式并对其进行电子学实现,同时针对谱仪由于温度改变引起的能谱峰位漂移进行了温度补偿。并对谱仪进行了实验,结果表明探测谱仪可以同时满足深海原位伽马探测高效率与高分辨率的需求,SrI_(2)(Eu)闪烁晶体探头探测效率可达32%@662 keV,同时能量分辨可达4.3%@662 keV。CZT探测单元能量分辨率1.7%@662 keV。温度修正的引入可有效抑制温度变化引起的能谱峰位漂移。This paper proposes a compound spectrometer overall design scheme based on the requirements of deep-sea in-situ detection,utilizing a new type of scintillation crystal strontium iodide(SrI_(2)(Eu))and a new type of semiconductor detector CdZnTe(CZT)as detection units.The modular design method is adopted,and different signal amplification and processing methods are designed for the two different detection units and implemented electronically.Simultaneously,temperature compensation is conducted to address the energy spectrum peak drift caused by temperature changes in the spectrometer.Experimental results show that the detection spectrometer can simultaneously meet the requirements of high efficiency and high resolution for in-situ gamma detection in deep-sea environments.The detection efficiency of the SrI_(2)(Eu)scintillation crystal probe can reach 32%@662 keV,while the energy resolution can reach 4.3%@662 keV.The energy resolution of the CZT detection unit is 1.7%@662keV.The introduction of temperature correction effectively suppresses the energy spectrum peak drift caused by temperature changes.
