摘  要:本文采用基于蒙特卡罗方法的MCNP-4C程序对NaI(Tl)探测器探测CEFR-MOX芯块的能谱曲线进行了模拟,选取了284~464 keV的能谱峰计数率用来测量CEFR-MOX芯块中的PuO_(2)含量。建立了使用NaI(Tl)探测器测量MOX燃料棒芯块PuO_(2)含量的理论检测模型,根据MCNP-4C程序的计算结果证明了NaI(Tl)探测器对PuO_(2)平均含量芯块的检测精度小于1%,对PuO_(2)含量异常芯块的检测精度小于2%。该计算结果与实验结果一致。This article uses the MCNP-4C program based on the Monte Carlo method to simulate the energy spectrum curve of the Nal(Tl)detector detecting the CEFR-MOX pellets.The energy spectrum peak count rate of 284~464 keV is selected to measure the PuO_(2)content in CEFR-MOX pellets.A theoretical detection model for measuring the PuO_(2)content of MOX fuel rod pellets using a Nal(Tl)detector was established.The calculation results based on the MCNP-4C program proved that the detection capability of the Nal(Tl)detector for the average PuO_(2)content pellets is greater than 1%,and for the abnormal PuO_(2)content is better than 2%.The calculated results are consistent with the experimental results.
