摘 要:基于Geant4软件框架研发了能够模拟特殊核材料裂变相关物理过程的i-Fit蒙特卡罗模拟软件。该软件为了实现对特殊核材料,如^(240)Pu,自发裂变和诱发裂变物理过程的模拟,对Geant4软件中存在问题的相应物理过程进行了完善与修改,并且为实现对于特殊核材料氧化物,如PuO_(2),(α,n)反应的模拟,还整合并集成了第三方软件包,SaG4n。使用i-Fit软件模拟了^(240)Pu裂变过程,模拟结果表明:1)^(240)Pu自发和诱发裂变中子能谱和多重性分布以及自发裂变伽马的能谱和多重性分布与实验结果符合较好,其中自发和诱发裂变中子数据与实验差距分别在2%与5%以内,自发裂变伽马数据与实验差距在2%以内;2)^(240)Pu诱发裂变伽马能谱和多重性分布与实验结果差距在2%以内;3)PuO_(2)中的(α,n)反应的中子能谱也和实验结果符合较好,差距在10%以内。Based on the Geant4 software framework,the i-Fit Monte Carlo simulation software for simulating the physical processes related to fission of special nuclear materials has been developed.In order to realize the simulation of the physical process of spontaneous fission and induced fission of special nuclear materials,such as Pu,the software has improved and modified the corresponding physical processes in the Geant4 software,and in order to realize the simulation of special nuclear material oxides,such as,the simulation of the PuO_(2)(a,n)reaction,also integrates a third-party software package,SaG4n.The^(240)Pu fission process was simulated using i-Fit software.The simulation results showed that:1)the neutron energy spectra and multiplicity distributions of spontaneous and induced fission,as well as the gamma energy spectra and multiplicity distributions of spontaneous fission in Pu,are in good agreement with the experimental results.The differences between the spontaneous and induced fission neutron data and the experimental results are within 2%and 5%,respectively.The difference between the spontaneous fission gamma data and the experiment is within 2%;2)The difference between the gamma spectrum and multiplicity distribution induced by^(240)Pu and the experimental results is within 2%;3)The neutron energy spectrum of the(a,n)reaction in PuO_(2) also agrees well with the experimental results,with a difference of less than 10%.
