摘  要:本文通过了解钛膜吸氘的反应机理、动力学与热力学研究现状,归纳了几种典型的氘化钛表面缺陷类型,综述了目前检测钛及类似金属缺陷的检测技术。包括传统表面缺陷检测、电涡流检测、超声检测、机器视觉成像检测技术等。通过调研发现,缺陷检测技术正由单一缺陷检测向综合自动化检测技术发展。采用多种检测技术相结合的思路,可以助力实现氘化钛表面缺陷检测精准、高效、智能的检测需求。In this paper,several typical surface defect types of deuterated titanium are summarized by understanding the reaction mechanism,kinetics and thermodynamics of deuterium absorption in titanium materials,and the current detection technologies for detecting titanium and similar metal defects are summarized.Including traditional surface defect detection,eddy current detection,ultrasonic detection,machine vision imaging detection technology and so on.Through investigation,it is found that defect detection technology is developing from single defect detection to comprehensive automatic detection technology.The idea of combining various detection technologies can help to meet the requirements of accurate,efficient and intelligent detection of deuterated titanium surface defects.
