摘　　要：从环境放射性常规监测的角度出发,建立了一套环境水中^(14)C前处理装置。装置包括一个容量大于20 L的夹套玻璃反应釜、可控制反应温度的水浴锅、高纯氮气与碱液吸收瓶等。基于该装置对地表水、海水样品中的^(14)C进行前处理,采用硫酸氧化无机碳、过硫酸钾和过氧化氢氧化有机碳的方式将水中碳转化为二氧化碳,碱液吸收后制成碳酸钙。得到地表水和海水样品中的无机碳、有机碳含量,说明该实验装置能很好地用于环境水样品中^(14)C的前处理。From the point of view of routine monitoring of environmental radioactivity,a set of pretreatment device for^(14)C in environmental water was established.The device includes a jacketed glass reaction kettle with a capacity of more than 20L,a water bath pot with controllable reaction temperature,a high-purity nitrogen and alkali absorption bottle,etc.Based on this device,the^(14)C in surface water and seawater samples was pretreated.The carbon in water was converted into carbon dioxide by sulfuric acid oxidation of inorganic carbon,potassium persulfate and hydrogen peroxide oxidation of organic carbon,and calcium carbonate was made after being absorbed by alkaline solution.The contents of inorganic carbon and organic carbon in surface water and seawater samples are obtained,which shows that the experimental device can be well used for the pretreatment of^(14)C in environmental water samples.
