核安全级DCS系统响应时间测试样本量分析方法研究

摘  要:为保证安全级DCS系统响应时间测试的充分性,需确定测试样本量,以评定响应时间在给定置信度下不超过限值的概率。通过对安全级DCS系统响应时间特性进行分析及模型仿真,以及对仿真和实测数据进行检验,明确了响应时间符合正态分布特性。基于响应时间的正态分布特性和不超过某一规范限值的要求,提出了通过计算测试数据的可靠度置信下限,并比较其是否大于要求的可靠度置信下限来判断测试数据的充分性。最后,利用非中心t分布并参考相关标准,给出了方程求解法和查表法两种确定响应时间测试样本量的方法,并在工程实践中进行应用。结果表明,该分析方法具备在工程实践中应用的可行性。To ensure the adequacy of response time testing for safety level DCS systems,it is necessary to determine the sample size of the test to assess the probability that the response time does not exceed the limit under a given confidence level.By analyzing and simulating the response time characteristics of the safety level DCS system,as well as verifying the simulation and measured data,it is clear that the response time conforms to the normal distribution characteristics.Based on the normal distribution characteristics of response time and the requirement of not exceeding a certain specification limit,it is proposed to determine the adequacy of test data by calculating the lower confidence limit of reliability of test data and comparing whether it is greater than the required lower confidence limit of reliability.Finally,using non central t-distribution and referring to relevant standards,two methods for determining the sample size of response time testing,equation solving method and lookup table method,were proposed and applied in engineering practice.The results indicate that this analysis method is feasible for application in engineering practice.
