摘  要:目的本文旨在构建一种新型紫外探针体系,用于方便快速地检测甲基乙二醛(MGO)的含量,并评估其对实际样品中MGO的检测能力。方法以巯基乙酸和精氨酸的水溶液构建紫外探针体系,通过巯基乙酸、精氨酸与MGO反应生成咪唑结构,从而实现对MGO的检测;系统地研究了探针组份配比、反应温度、反应时间、pH值以及干扰物质等对探针体系检测MGO性能的影响;在优化条件下,评估探针对人体尿液和油条中MGO的分析检测效果。结果在25℃的纯水中,巯基乙酸和精氨酸的浓度均为3.33 mmol/L时,该探针展现出最佳的检测性能,对MGO的检测线性范围为1.0~33.3 mmol/L,相关系数R 2=0.999;该紫外探针体系对人体尿液和油条中的MGO,表现出优异的检测效果,对应的回收率在90.11%~108.84%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5.0%。结论探针组份配比、温度、反应时间和pH值对检测体系有显著影响;探针能有效抵抗多种金属阳离子和醛类物质的干扰,对MGO展现出优异的识别专一性,完全满足实际应用要求。Objective To develop a novel UV probe system for the rapid and convenient detection of methylglyoxal(MGO)content,and to assess its efficacy in detecting MGO in actual samples.Methods The UV probe system was developed using an aqueous solution of thioglycolic acid and arginine.Upon reaction with MGO,an imidazole structure was formed,enabling the detection of MGO.The effects of the probe component ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time,pH value and interference substances on the detection performance of MGO were systematically studied.Under optimized conditions,the probe’s detection performance for MGO in human urine and deep-fried dough sticks was evaluated.Results At a concentration of 3.33 mmol/l for both thioglycolic acid and arginine in pure water at 25℃,the probe exhibited optimal detection performance.The MGO detection exhibited a linear range from 1.0 to 33.3 mmol/l,with a correlation coefficient of R 2=0.999.The UV probe system demonstrated excellent detection performance for MGO in human urine and deep-fried dough sticks,with a recovery range of 90.11%to 108.84%and a relative standard deviation(RSD)of less than 5%.Conclusion Probe component ratio,temperature,reaction time and pH value had significant effects on the detection system.The probe could effectively resist the interference of many metal cations and aldehydes,and showed excellent recognition specificity for MGO,fully satisfying practical application requirements.
