摘 要:以二缩三乙二醇和三羟甲基乙烷为原料,分别经硝硫混酸硝化制备了质量分数均≥99%的二缩三乙二醇二硝酸酯(TEGDN)和三羟甲基乙烷三硝酸酯(TMETN),通过红外和核磁对2种化合物进行了结构表征,分析结果与物质结构吻合。配制了不同比例的TMETN/TEGDN混合硝酸酯,研究表明:TEGDN和TMETN 20℃时的密度分别为1.3356、1.4693 g/cm^(3),20℃时的黏度分别为10.85、148.30 mPa·s,玻璃化温度(T_(g))分别为–78.65、–63.20℃,燃烧热分别为14316、10993 J/g;混合硝酸酯的w(TMETN)与密度和燃烧热均呈线性关系,线性拟合程度较高;混合硝酸酯的T_(g)介于TEGDN和TMETN的之间,随TMETN含量增加而逐渐升高;混合硝酸酯存在超额黏度,TEGDN质量分数为30%~40%时超额黏度绝对值达到最大,TEGDN的加入能够降低TMETN黏度。Using triethylene glycol and trimethylolethane as raw materials,triethylene glycol dinitrate(TEGDN)and trimethylolethane trinitrate(TMETN)with mass fraction of more than 99% were prepared by nitration with nitric-sulfuric acid,respectively.The structure of two compounds was characterized by infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance,and the analytical results were consistent with the material structure.TMETN/TEGDN mixed nitrate esters with different ratios were formulated.The research showed that the densities of TEGDN and TMETN at 20℃were 1.3356 g/cm^(3) and 1.4693 g/cm^(3),the viscosities at 20℃ were 10.85 mPa·s and 148.3 mPa·s,the glass transition temperatures(Tg)were–78.65℃and 63.2℃,and the combustion heats were 14316 J/g and 10993 J/g,respectively;the w(TMETN)of the mixed nitrate esters exhibited a linear relationship with both the density and the combustion heat,and the degree of linear fit was high;the T_(g) of the mixed nitrate esters was between those of TEGDN and TMETN,and it was gradually increased with the increase of TMETN content;the mixed nitrate esters had an excess viscosity,and the absolute value of excess viscosity reached the maximum when the mass fraction of TEGDN was 30%~40%,and the addition of TEGDN could reduce the viscosity of TMETN.
