摘  要:以聚己二酸丁二醇酯二元醇(相对分子质量为1 000)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、扩链剂为主要原料,合成6种热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPUE),讨论了扩链剂对TPUE红外、流变性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明:随扩链剂碳原子数增加,酯基密度相应降低,导致TPUE结构中的氢键化程度降低;扩链剂二醇中存在侧链结构,降低了体系的结晶性能。以上结果均会使TPUE的力学性能和熔点下降。Using polybutylene adipate diol(relative molecular mass of 1000),diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI),and chain extender as main raw materials,six kinds of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers(TPUE)were synthesized,and the effects of the chain extender on the infrared,rheological and mechanical performance of TPUE were discussed.The results showed that with the increase of carbon atom number in the chain extender,the density of the ester group decreased accordingly,which led to the decrease in the degree of hydrogen bonding in the structure of TPUE;the presence of side chain structure in the chain extender diol could decrease the crystallization performance of the system.The above results could all decrease the mechanical performance and melting point of TPUE.
