摘 要:以烯丙醇聚醚、乙酸酐为原料合成低过氧化值乙酰基封端烯丙醇聚醚,考察了乙酸酐与烯丙醇聚醚的摩尔比、反应温度、酯化时间、脱酸时间及添加剂等对产品指标的影响。优化了合成工艺,当n(乙酸酐):n(聚醚)=1.15:1.00时,经115 ℃酯化4 h后,加入乙酸酐聚醚总质量0.1%的叔丁基对苯二酚,再升温至145 ℃进行鼓氮脱酸5 h,可制得封端率达98.2%,双键保留率大于98%,酸值小于0.1 mg/g且过氧化值小于10 mg/kg的乙酰基封端烯丙醇聚醚。The acetyl capped allyl alcohol polyether with low peroxide value was synthesized using allyl alcohol polyether and acetic anhydride as raw materials.The effects of the molar ratio of acetic anhydride and allyl alcohol polyether,reaction temperature,esterification time,deacidification time and additives on the indices of product were investigated.The synthesis process was optimized.When n(acetic anhydride):n(polyether)=1.15:1.00,after esterification at 115℃ for 4 h,tert-butyl hydroquinone was added at 0.1%of the total mass of acetic anhydride polyether.The temperature was then raised to 145℃,and nitrogen gas was bubbled for deacidification for 5 h,which resulted in the production of acetyl capped allyl alcohol polyether with a capping rate of 98.2%,a double bond retention rate of greater than 98%,an acid value of less than 0.1 mg/g,and a peroxide value of less than 10 mg/kg.
