摘 要:建立了氧化铝载体钯催化剂中钯含量的电感耦合等离子体发射光谱测定法。通过酸种类及用量的对比实验最终确定了样品前处理方法,并对仪器工作参数进行了优化。方法检出限为2.55 mg/kg。金属钯元素加标回收率为94.0%~101.0%,相对标准偏差为1.46%,钯测量结果的相对扩展不确定度为4.2%。该方法快速、准确,可为科研生产提供数据支撑。A determination method of palladium content in alumina-supported palladium catalyst by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrum was established.The sample pretreatment method was finalized by comparing the acid type and dosage,and the working parameters of the instrument were optimized.The detection limit of the method was 2.55 mg/kg.The standard recovery rate of the metallic palladium element was 94.0%~101.0%with the relative standard deviation of 1.46%,and the relative extended uncertainty of palladium measurement results was 4.2%.This method was fast and accurate,and could provide data support for scientific research and production.
