卡前列素氨丁三醇联合卡孕栓对高危妊娠阴道分娩产后出血患者凝血功能及血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇联合卡孕栓对高危妊娠阴道分娩产后出血患者凝血功能及血流动力学的影响。方法选取2021年2月至2023年7月徐州市妇幼保健院收治的90例高危妊娠阴道分娩产后出血患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组予以缩宫素+卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液,观察组在对照组基础上联合卡孕栓治疗。比较两组患者凝血功能及血流动力学相关指标。结果治疗后,观察组凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血活酶时间(APTT)长于对照组,纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血小板(PLT)、心率(HR)、舒张压(DBP)及收缩压(SBP)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇联合卡孕栓对高危妊娠阴道分娩产后出血患者的凝血功能与血流动力学均具有积极的影响,可以改善患者的凝血功能及血液循环状态。Objective To explore the effects of carprost triol combined with carprost suppositor on coagulation function and hemodynamics in high-risk pregnancy patients with postpartum hemorrhage during vaginal delivery.Methods A total of 90patients with postpartum hemorrhage during vaginal delivery of high-risk pregnancy admitted to Xuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin+carprost triol injection,and the observation group was treated with carprost suppository on the basis of the control group.The coagulation function and hemodynamic parameters were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the prothrombin time(PT)and thromboplastin time(APTT)of observation group were longer than those of control group,while the levels of fibrinogen(FIB),platelet(PLT),heart rate(HR),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and systolic blood pressure(SBP)of observation group were lower than those of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of carprost triol and carprost suppositor has a positive effect on the coagulation function and hemodynamics of patients with postpartum hemorrhage in high-risk pregnancy,and can improve the coagulation function and blood circulation status of patients.
