摘　　要：我国传统医学拥有悠久的历史,中药在长期的临床实践中表现出较好的疗效,在很多疾病治疗中甚至能够发挥出比单一用西药更好的效果。随着现代医学与药理学研究的进展,中药复方煎制与中西药结合疗法已成为国内外医药研究的重点课题,至此中药进入全球视野,引起国内外学者的广泛关注。中药现代化发展已成必然趋势,各药厂更是致力于复方汤剂的煎制研究,目前差异化的煎药方式会直接影响复方汤剂的最终药效。对此,本文将围绕中药复方汤剂的合煎与分煎法进行论述,分析不同煎制方式导致的药理成分、临床疗效差异。Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history in China,and traditional Chinese medicine has shown good therapeutic effects in long-term clinical practice.In the treatment of many diseases,it can even achieve better results than using Western medicine alone.With the progress of modern medicine and pharmacological research,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine compound decoction and traditional Chinese and Western medicine has become a key topic in domestic and foreign pharmaceutical research.Thus,traditional Chinese medicine has entered a global perspective and attracted widespread attention from scholars at home and abroad.The modernization of traditional Chinese medicine has become an inevitable trend,and various pharmaceutical factories are committed to the research and preparation of compound decoctions.Currently,differentiated decoction methods will directly affect the final efficacy of compound decoctions.This article will discuss the combined and separate decoction methods of traditional Chinese medicine compound decoctions,analyze the differences in pharmacological components and clinical efficacy caused by different decoction methods,for reference.
