清江流域农业绿色全要素生产率的时空分异特征及影响因素

摘  要:推进农业绿色发展是践行新发展理念、实现农业高质量发展和农业现代化建设的关键环节。文章基于1995—2021年清江流域的农业发展数据,在含非期望产出的SBM模型框架内测度农业绿色全要素生产率,分析其时空演变特征,并探究农业绿色全要素生产率的影响因素。研究结果表明,清江流域农业绿色全要素生产率指数整体取值位于1之上,农业绿色生产效率处于增长趋势;在时间维度上,农业绿色全要素生产率呈现“涨跌互现”的波动趋势;在空间维度上,农业绿色全要素生产率高值区域随时间变化从清江流域中上游转至下游,差异逐渐变大,呈现极化趋势。机械密度、城镇化水平、工业化水平、农林牧渔业占比对提高农业绿色全要素生产率有较显著的正向影响,而劳均耕地规模、农业财政投入、人均GDP对农业绿色全要素生产率有显著的负向作用。Promoting the green development of agriculture is a key link in the implementation of the new development concept,the realization of high-quality agricultural development and the modernization of agriculture. This paper,based on agricultural development data from the Qingjiang River Basin from 1995 to 2021,measures agricultural green total factor productivity(GTFP)within the framework of the undesirable outputs-based SBM model,analyzes its spatiotemporal evolution characteristics,and explores the influencing factors of agricultural GTFP. The research findings indicate that the overall value of agricultural green total factor productivity index of Qingjiang River Basin is above 1,the overall agricultural green productivity of Qingjiang River Basin is in a growing trend,exhibiting a fluctuating pattern of“ups and downs”over time;In the spatial dimension,high-value areas of agricultural GTFP have shifted from the middle and upper reaches to the lower reaches of the Qingjiang River Basin,with disparities gradually enlarging and polarizing trends emerging;Factors such as mechanical density,urbanization rate,industrialization level,and the proportion of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry,and fishery have a significantly positive impact on enhancing agricultural GTFP,The size of arable land per laborer,agricultural financial input,and GDP per capita have a significant inhibitory effect on agricultural green total factor productivity.
