摘 要:在盾构施工中,钢套筒接收与平移技术已成为盾构工程中广泛使用的施工手段。本文利用案例分析法和综述法,对福州地铁2号线07标段西洋-南门兜盾构区间基本情况进行整理,讨论了钢套筒接收与平移技术应用流程,包括洞门检查、平移准备、钢套筒组装、平移定位等,根据技术应用期间的常见问题,拟定了相应的施工控制措施。由此可见,在盾构施工期间,钢套筒接收与平移技术拥有良好应用价值,不仅可以提高施工环境的安全性,而且能够加快盾构施工进度,提升盾构工程施工质量。In shield construction,the technology of steel casing reception and translation has become a widely used construction method in shield projects.This paper uses case analysis and review methods to organize the basic situation of the shield interval between Xiyang and Nanmentou in Section 07 of Fuzhou Metro Line 2,discussing the application process of steel casing reception and translation technology,including tunnel door inspection,translation preparation,steel casing assembly,and translation positioning.Based on common problems during the application of the technology,corresponding construction control measures are formulated.It can be seen that during shield construction,the technology of steel casing reception and translation has a good application value,which can not only improve the safety of the construction environment but also accelerate the progress of shield construction and enhance the quality of shield construction projects.
