摘  要:本文阐述了适合高层民用建筑的铝合金模板-全钢附着式提升脚手架工艺。该工艺通过配模设计、机位优化等方式提高效率,在采用FS外模板系统的住宅楼,精准开孔、预埋套管,避免挂座二次开孔并成功应用于东华悦城二期B1地块高层住宅楼。该工艺经智能化设计实现自动报警、优化防护,整体拼装成型,具有整体性好、安全可靠等优势,能保安全、降成本、缩工期,设计科学合理。This article elaborates on the aluminum alloy formwork-all-steel attached lifting scaffold technology which is suitable for high-rise civil buildings.This technology improves efficiency through formwork matching design,optimization of machine positions and other means.In the residential buildings adopting the FS external formwork system,precise hole opening and embedded casing are carried out to avoid secondary hole opening for the hanging seats.And it has been successfully applied to the high-rise residential buildings in Plot B1 of the second phase of Donghua Yuecheng.Through intelligent design,this technology realizes automatic alarm and optimizes protection.It is assembled and formed as a whole,possessing advantages such as good integrity,safety and reliability.It can ensure safety,reduce costs and shorten the construction period,with a scientific and reasonable design.
