摘　　要：屋面是建筑的重要组成部分,随着城市建筑设计的迅速发展,高层住宅建筑屋面造型在满足常规功能要求的同时,也向着多样性发展,采用坡屋面的设计可以满足更多的设计需求,增加建筑的空间层次感,也是如今设计院最常用的建筑造型。高处作业吊篮常用于高层建筑的维修、涂料、清洗,但坡屋面造型往往给高层建筑外立面使用吊篮施工带来困难,为此本文结合浦东新区保障性住房C02-15地块浦发东绣苑外墙保温维修工程实施经验进行分析,以为相似项目提供技术参考。The roof is an important component of a building.With the rapid development of urban architectural design,the shapes of roofs in high-rise residential buildings are evolving towards diversity while meeting conventional functional requirements.The design of sloped roofs can satisfy more design needs and enhance the spatial layering of buildings,making it a common architectural form used by design institutes today.Suspended baskets are commonly used for maintenance,painting,and cleaning in high-rise buildings;however,the sloped roof design often complicates the use of suspended baskets for construction on the facades of high-rise buildings.This paper analyzes the implementation experience of the exterior wall insulation maintenance project of the Pudong New District affordable housing C02-15 site,providing technical references for similar projects.
